Stakeholder Leadership Map

The Stakeholder Management Map contains a list of stakeholders and an assessment of their current perspective of the changes required of them. The process of developing a stakeholder map, when developed with a small trusted team, brings with it huge value and insights into the actions required to be taken by the programme team. The Stakeholder Management Map drives answers to the following key questions:

What are the issues and concerns that each stakeholder is facing?
What is getting in the way of them making a commitment to the programme?
What is possible if they buy-in to the change we require?
How do we make that happen?
Where would we like them to be at each milestone?
What actions do we need to take to get them there?
Are the actions we are taking being successful in getting and keeping them committed?
